Thomas R. Ehle, 63, of Anderson, passed away April 19, at Community Hospital East after a courageous battle with lung cancer. He was born August 22, 1945, in Anderson, to Rolland B. Ehle and Mary Margaret Ehle. Tom served 10 years in the United States Army and is a veteran of Korea and the Vietnam War. He was also a member of the VFW Post 261.He was supervisor of the tool room at Engineering Research Incorporation of Indianapolis where he was employed for 18 years. He was also employed with Alpis and On-Line Transport.Tom is survived by his wife Donna (Levell) Ehle; daughter Donna S. Ehle; son John T. Ehle; grandson Ayden J. Ehle; and mother Mary Margaret Ehle; brother, Mike Ehle; sister in law, Laura Ehle; sister, Stephanie Ehle; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by daughter Kathy Ann Ehle and father Rolland B. Ehle.Graveside services will beat Marion National Cemetery, 1700 E. 38th St, Marion, IN, on Monday, April 27, at 2:00 p.m. with full military honors.
